The Conference Yearbook is a record of attendance and a special gift to all the advisors who attended ECS's Advisor Conference. This book was created in 24 hours and contains pictures of the events, attendees, and seminars. The 2024 Conference Yearbook was assembled by an incredible team of creators here at ECS.

Sales & Marketing
In this training session, we explored ways to plan your yearbook - from the planning stage to final approval.
Advisors learned how to utilize the online store, best practices for in-school sales, and how to reinvest any profits to grow the program for the future.
Yearbook Photography Workshop
In this session, photographers shared their best photography tips and tricks for getting perfect shots every time.
Advisors learned technical strategies with ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and flash photography.
New Advisor Orientation
This lesson is a hands-on workshop for advisors new to yearbooks.
Advisors used a rubric to plan ahead and learned how to organize staff and how to come up with lesson plans for the first 6 weeks.
Yearbook Software Q&A
In this session, advisors have an opportunity to speak with our yearbook software developers to learn new tips and tricks.
